Thank you for asking about kosher certification. We have Kof-K on our Miracolo and Papa’s sliced and packaged breads availabel in the Pacific Northwest and online at ener-g.com. We will soon be We are working on getting it for our flours as well.
Are Maninis products available in Canada, specifically Alberta?
We have just added Heart Smart in Edmonton as a distributor and they actively seeking stores to carry our breads. If you have a store you would like to carry Maninis products, ask them to contact Heart Smart.

I purchased your pasta mix today and don’t seem to find any recipes here on your site to use it…am I missing something or are there none? I was hoping to get more recipes than what is on the bag.

Thank you Tehara. Actually, the pasta mix is nothing more than a multi-purpose flour so you can make anything with it that you like. If you want to make bread, cookies, any recipe on our site will work with the Trovato Pasta Mix.
